The content on https://omnisoftex.com is for general information. Figures on the pricing page are our standard terms; worked examples are illustrative unless labelled as a case study. We try to keep everything accurate but don't guarantee it, and we may change the site at any time.

The free scan

• The Free Cost Leak Scan is provided at no charge and with no obligation on either side.
• You grant read-only access to billing and utilisation data, and can revoke it at any time.
• The report is our best assessment from the data available. Estimated savings are estimates.
• Whether you act on the report, with us or without us, is entirely your choice.

Engagements

Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out scope, pricing model, the savings baseline and measurement rules, access, and confidentiality. If those terms conflict with this page, the agreement wins.

Confidentiality

We treat everything we see in your accounts as confidential. We don't publish your numbers, name, or any identifiable detail without your written approval.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or the free scan report. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
