Before any change, we agree a baseline: your average monthly spend over the previous 30 days, normalised for usage.
Savings are measured on the workloads that existed at baseline. New products and traffic growth don't count against you.
We count savings from changes we recommended and you approved. Cuts you make on your own are yours.
Every monthly statement is reconciled to your actual AWS invoice, not our estimate.
