Who we are

What we collect on this website

Forms. When you request a free scan or contact us, we collect what you type: your name, work email, company, spend ranges, and your message. We use it to reply to you and to run the scan you asked for.

Analytics. We use Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics service that doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect personal data. We see aggregate page views and which goals (like “scan requested”) were completed, not who completed them.

Booking. If you book a call, Cal.com collects the details you enter on their form under their own privacy policy.

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard request logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.

Where form data goes

• An email to us, sent through Resend, so we can reply.
• An automatic confirmation email to you.
• A contact record in HubSpot, our CRM, so we can track the conversation.

We don't sell this data or share it with anyone else.

What we access during a scan or engagement

A scan uses read-only access to billing and utilisation data: cost reports, resource metadata and metrics, and usage exports from AI providers. We do not access application data, database contents, secrets, or your customers' data. Engagements may involve scoped write access for changes you have approved in advance.

We keep working notes and the report we deliver to you. We do not retain copies of your billing exports after the work is delivered, and access is revoked when it ends. We never publish your numbers without written approval.

Retention and deletion

We keep form submissions and CRM records while we have a working relationship or an open conversation. Email contact@omnisoftex.com to have your data corrected or deleted and we'll confirm within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to object to its processing. Email us and we'll help.

Changes

We'll update the date at the top of this page when the policy changes.
